I’d suggest a day or a weekend to just relax. Go on a vacation with friends. get away from it for a while. Make a day a month or a week that no one can bother you and just take it for yourself.

yea its possible you just have to force yourself to step back from a situation. take a good look at what the problem really is and not what it seems to be at the time. plus my motto is use your previous experience as evidence that you will survive. cause in the past im sure that you went thru things that you never thought you would or could. but the simple fact that you are here today is proof it didnt kill you.

Vitamin B is great for stress. So is ginseng and citronella.
Going for nature walks is very healthy for the body and stress levels.

Yes, it is. Have a physical by your family doctor before dismissing these symptoms as stress. Then ask to see a counsellor or psychologist .

yes it is you just have to find something that calms you down I took a copping with stress class in college and we would do stuff like breathing exercises and yoga and tai chi. try taking some deep breathes when you start to feel stressed and just tell yourself to be calm. I found it easy for me to calm my nerves when I would close my eyes take deep breathes and say peace be with you. Good Luck

Relax, relax, relax. Do not internalize the world’s problems. For me, I use to take people criticism’s of me too harshly. I would get defensive and often feel worse. I realized then from a friend that criticism is just someone’s opinion of you and not a reflection on who I am as a person.

First of all, if you are not on any medication, look to natural remedies. There are herbal non habit forming tranquilisers which you can buy at the chemist. Also you may want to look into having a course of hypnotherapy - from that you can learn how to meditate and do deep breathing and relaxation. Its very useful.
And look at whats causing the problems in your life - try and get rid of them. Eliminate as many triggers as you can.
And if you still feel unwell, see your doctor about possibly having a short course of anti anxiety medication it is very effective.
If you are already on medication, keep taking it and dont come off it unless your doctor thinks you should. And in this case you can still try the hypnotherapy theres a lot to be gained from it.
