Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I put 3 table spoons of Vick's vapor rub in about 1/2 pan water let it simmer slowly. You can hold your head over it with a towel or just let vapors go Thur the house...Or put on some on nose & above top lip...It breaks your sinus's open takes pressure away ...Eat lots of fruit & Hot tea or a little salt water up the nose is good also or get some saline drops at store...TY ~ hope this helps you ..They really hurt... TY ~ Happy Holidays ~

Get a bowl of hot water (do not burn skin) and bowl of icewater
Put 2 washcloths in each bowl. Have a dry hand towel beside you. Ring out hot rag first and put over cheeks, eyes and above eyes...put dry hand towel over this to keep heat in. Switch out hot rags if it gets too cool....keep hot on 3 minutes total. Then switch to cold rag for 30 seconds. Repeat this 3 times total...hot/cold...hot/cold...hot/cold. End on cold for 30 seconds. You can do this several times a day. It helps your the blood to heal your sinus areas. Also, a hot foot bath will pull the congestion down to your feet and help you breath better...just get up slow in case you get dizzy. Very cheap...works very well!

First of all, if you are not on any medication, look to natural remedies. There are herbal non habit forming tranquilisers which you can buy at the chemist. Also you may want to look into having a course of hypnotherapy - from that you can learn how to meditate and do deep breathing and relaxation. Its very useful.
And look at whats causing the problems in your life - try and get rid of them. Eliminate as many triggers as you can.
And if you still feel unwell, see your doctor about possibly having a short course of anti anxiety medication it is very effective.
If you are already on medication, keep taking it and dont come off it unless your doctor thinks you should. And in this case you can still try the hypnotherapy theres a lot to be gained from it. :)

Relax, relax, relax. Do not internalize the world's problems. For me, I use to take people criticism's of me too harshly. I would get defensive and often feel worse. I realized then from a friend that criticism is just someone's opinion of you and not a reflection on who I am as a person.

SIDS would be my guess as well. While it is far less likely to happen with a baby who is sleeping with an adult* because the baby's movement will alert the adult to a problem and the adult's breathing helps regulate the baby's breathing, it does happen. My sympathy on your loss.

*assuming the adult is not sleeping heavily due to factors such as exhaustion, medications, or alcohol
